Key responsibilities and oversight:
• Oversee all aspects of financial management including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, taxation and treasury operations
• Drive continuous improvement in financial process, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
• Lead strategic initiatives including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, expansion opportunities, due diligence for key decision making
• Spearhead digital transformation initiatives within the finance function, leveraging emerging technologies
• Oversee and direct all payroll operations, compliance, and timeliness in processing
• Foster a healthy environment of teamwork and collaboration
• Manage internal and external relationships including shareholders, partnerships, financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance and transparency

The successful candidate will possess the following:
• Chartered Professional Accountant designation (CPA)
• 10+ years of experience including public accounting and industry experience
• Strong financial acumen and problem-solving skills in building and developing
• Track record of initiating and driving change, a curious mindset, and ownership of multiple deliverables, executing and leading teams and processes.
• Passion for process and continuous improvement to support various initiatives
• Currently in a leadership role with extensive people management experience
