We are recruiting on behalf of a market leader, located in the downtown core, currently seeking a Big 4 qualified Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA-CA or CPA) with post public accounting industry experience ideally in software, technology or a related sector.

Key responsibilities and oversight:
  -  Ensure a smooth and efficient month end close process
  -  Preparation of financial statements and management reporting packs
  -  Lead post acquisition integration process
  -  Manager, coach and supervise a team of finance professionals
  -  Complete treasury and cashflow reporting
  -  Execute ad hoc initiatives/special projects required by the VP and SLT

The successful candidate will possess the following:
  -  Chartered Professional Accountant designation (CPA)
  -  A minimum of 6 years post grad experience with at least 2 full years experience in a relevant role in industry
  -  Proficiency with USGAAP/IFRS is required, ideally in software/technology
  -  Self-confident with excellent written and verbal communication skills
