What You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Financial Oversight – Manage financial reporting, general ledger accuracy, and month-end close for multiple brands.
• Process & Controls – Design and implement operational and financial controls, ensuring compliance with IFRS and best practices.
• Strategic Finance Support – Partner with brand leaders and corporate finance to drive business performance and growth.
• Team Leadership – Mentor and oversee a team of accounting professionals, fostering development and efficiency.
• Integration & System Optimization – Support acquisitions and drive improvements across finance and inventory management systems.
• Regulatory Compliance – Ensure all tax, audit, and regulatory requirements are met.
What You Need to Succeed:
• CPA designation with 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
• Managerial experience, leading accounting teams and working cross-functionally.
• Strong background in financial reporting, internal controls, and IFRS compliance.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment—eCommerce, or retail experience a plus.
• Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to navigate complexity and drive efficiencies.
• Exposure to public accounting (major firm preferred) and experience implementing best practices from firm training.
