Key responsibilities & oversight:
This Controller position reports to the CFO and interacts with CEO and other team members. The role involves managing corporate accounting activities, cash flow forecasting, and FP&A, including sales forecasts. It is a hands-on, operational Controller role with two direct reports and oversight of AR and AP teams.
The Company is offering a strong compensation package including an attractive base salary, and annual performance bonus. Full remuneration details to be disclosed to all candidates under consideration.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
• CPA designation is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including public accounting audit experience and hands-on controllership or accounting management experience.
• Prior experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, Accounting Manager, Senior Manager, Audit Manager, or similar role.
• Strong operational accounting experience, especially around revenue, billing, customer invoicing, revenue recognition, and related controls.
• Strong proficiency with Oracle NetSuite / NetSuite ERP is required.
• Demonstrated ability to investigate ERP-related accounting and reporting issues, trace transactions, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets.
• Experience with management reporting, dashboards, KPIs, or business intelligence tools such as Power BI, NetSuite reports, saved searches, or similar platforms.
• Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop a small accounting team.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with operational and executive stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, strong ownership mindset, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
