What you’ll be responsible for:
•  Financial Reporting & Analysis – Oversee month-end close, review financial statements, and ensure accuracy across multiple entities.
•  Operational & Strategic Finance – Work closely with operations, banking partners, and vendors on purchasing negotiations, cash flow management, and financial planning.
•  Team Leadership – Manage a team of seven, including designated professionals and junior accountants pursuing their CPA.
•  Process Improvement & Systems – Identify opportunities to enhance reporting, financial modeling, and business insights.

What You Need to Succeed:
•  CPA designation with 6+ years of progressive experience, interest from more experienced candidates is encouraged
•  Minimum 2 years of managerial experience leading an accounting team.
•  Strong financial reporting and month-end close experience.
•  Advanced Excel skills; experience with NetSuite or Sage 300 is an asset.
•  A passion for both financial leadership and operational involvement.
