Key Responsibilities and oversight:
•  Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with industry standards and preparing fund statements.
•  Manage corporate accounting operations, including reconciliations, fund expenses, and investor transactions.
•  Support the CFO with financial analysis, special projects, and strategic reporting.
•  Liaise with third-party administrators to process investor calls, distributions, and reporting.
•  Handle cash flow management, including forecasting, liquidity oversight, and monthly reports.
•  Coordinate year-end audits with external auditors and support tax return preparation.
•  Contribute to process improvements and system implementations to enhance efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:
•  Strong experience in financial reporting, fund accounting, and operations
•  Knowledge of tax and related experience is an asset
•  Strong excel skills
•  Familiarity with private equity investment lifecycle and fund structures
•  Chartered Professional Accountant Designation (CPA)
•  4-5 years experience, preferably qualified CPA in public accounting, currently in industry.
•  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
•  Technical knowledge of ASPE and IFRS
•  Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
