The successful candidate will bring strong accounting capability, operational depth, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting — managing deadlines, supporting consolidations, and applying IFRS standards effectively.
This role offers excellent mentorship, exposure to senior leadership, and the chance to contribute meaningfully to corporate accounting policies and process improvements — including direct people leadership responsibility from day one.
Key responsibilities and oversight:
- Leading the monthly and quarterly close processes, including consolidation and reporting across multiple entities
- Managing technical accounting matters and ensuring compliance with IFRS standards
- Supporting the implementation and enhancement of accounting policies, controls, and process improvement initiatives
- Driving accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in financial statement preparation and review
- Partnering cross-functionally with tax, external auditors, and internal business teams
- Directly managing and developing a designated CPA, providing day-to-day guidance, mentorship, and oversight with the opportunity to grow people leadership responsibilities further over time
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and corporate governance standards
The Company is offering a strong total compensation package, including a competitive base salary and an annual performance bonus. Full remuneration details will be disclosed to all candidates under consideration.
The successful candidate will possess the following:

- Experience spanning Senior Accountant, Senior Financial Analyst, or early Manager-level roles within corporate accounting or consolidations
- Hands-on exposure to IFRS standards and experience operating in high-volume or multi-entity environments
- Strong operational accounting fundamentals, including direct involvement in month-end and quarter-end close
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, or mentor others — whether formally or informally
- Clear communication skills, sound judgment, and the confidence to escalate issues proactively
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of prioritizing effectively under pressure, with a proven record of meeting tight deadlines
