Key responsibilities and oversight:

• Leading the monthly and quarterly close processes, including consolidation and reporting across multiple entities
• Managing technical accounting matters and ensuring compliance with IFRS standards
• Supporting the implementation and enhancement of accounting policies, controls, and process improvement initiatives
• Driving accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in financial statement preparation and review
• Partnering cross-functionally with tax, external auditors, and internal business teams
• Directly managing and developing a designated CPA, providing day-to-day guidance, mentorship, and oversight with the opportunity to grow people leadership responsibilities further over time
• Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and corporate governance standards

The Company is offering a strong total compensation package, including a competitive base salary and an annual performance bonus. Full remuneration details will be disclosed to all candidates under consideration.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• CPA designation required, ideally with training from a major public accounting firm
• Experience spanning Senior Accountant, Senior Financial Analyst, or early Manager-level roles within corporate accounting or consolidations
• Hands-on exposure to IFRS standards and experience operating in high-volume or multi-entity environments
• Strong operational accounting fundamentals, including direct involvement in month-end and quarter-end close
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, or mentor others — whether formally or informally
• Clear communication skills, sound judgment, and the confidence to escalate issues proactively
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of prioritizing effectively under pressure, with a proven record of meeting tight deadlines
