We are recruiting on behalf of global asset and investment company looking to expand their team. They are seeking a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) current at the Manager level in public accounting or industry for this exciting, dynamic, and high-visibility opportunity!

Key responsibilities and oversight:
• Oversee the preparation of quarterly reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting in accordance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance team to develop and implement process improvements.
• Key point of contact with FP&A team supporting operating and financial results
• Perform technical accounting research and assist in creating accounting policies and procedures.
• Manage various projects and initiatives including accounting matters as required
• Support MD&A analysis including report writing, deck creation and board presentation
• Work with cross functional groups including treasury, FP&A, Accounting and various finance teams
• Mentorship to staff and oversight and review of work flow

The successful candidate will possess the following:
• Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.
• 5 years of progressive public accounting experience
• Strong technical accounting skills reporting under IFRS.
• Financial and consolidations audit in public company preferred.
• Well-developed project management and leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
