As Manager of Financial reporting, you will lead the preparation of the consolidated financial statements and related disclosures. You will directly support the Director of Finance and cross-functional teams. This role requires a strong understanding of technical accounting standards, particularly revenue recognition and the ability to navigate complex accounting scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the preparation of group level consolidated financial statements and related filings ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide guidance and support cross functionally to ensure accurate and application of revenue recognition standards.
• Support the Director of Finance to ensure all group level deliverables are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Coach/mentor a group of Senior Financial Analysts ensuring they understand their financial reporting related responsibilities.
• Evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of consolidated financial reporting.
• Support external audit activities and assist with the resolution of audit findings related to revenue recognition.

Qualifications:
• CPA designation is required, candidates that qualified at a major public accounting firm preferred
• 4+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, particularly in revenue recognition principles under IFRS or USGAAP.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
• Proactive problem solver with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communicator and collaborator, capable of building strong relationships across departments.
