We are recruiting on behalf of a growing Real Estate company located in Toronto (3 days per week in office) currently seeking a recently qualified Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA-CA or CPA).

Key responsibilities and oversight:
• Own the numbers. Take the lead on full-cycle accounting for a diverse property portfolio—managing everything from accruals to variance analysis with precision.
• Be the go-to expert. Collaborate with asset managers, property teams, and external partners to deliver accurate financials and insightful analysis that drive performance.
• Elevate reporting. Prepare and review financial packages, balance sheet reconciliations, and KPI trends that shape high-level decision-making.
Lead improvements. Spot inefficiencies, implement smarter processes, and support system upgrades that streamline financial reporting.
• Make an impact. Contribute to special projects, support audits, and help refine internal controls—all while growing in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will possess the following:
• Chartered Professional Accountant designation (CPA-CA or CPA)
• 3+ years of progressive experience with a major public accounting firm
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of IFRS/USGAAP
• Experience of Real Estate is an asset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
