They are seeking a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) currently in public accounting or industry for this exciting, dynamic, and high-visibility opportunity!

Key responsibilities and oversight:
• Management/development of the planning process including budgets, forecasts
• Analyze monthly results and provide financial information and insights for decision support
• Provide strategic insight and analysis in the support of strategic decisions
• Review potential business initiatives, evaluate key KPIs and validate assumptions
• Conduct variance analysis on actual to budgeted and forecasted results at corporate level

The successful candidate will possess the following:
• Chartered Professional Accountant designation (CPA)
• 3+ years of progressive experience with a major public accounting firm preferred
• Systems experience with Power BI, Alteryx and/or data automation tools
• Big picture/strategic mindset and highly developed analytical skills
• Strong Excel proficiency – exposure to financial modelling preferred is an asset
• Self-confident with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint
