The company are based in the West GTA, close to Pearson International airport and accessible from all major highways. They offer the freedom to predominantly work from home.

The ideal profile is a recently qualified Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA-CA or CPA) with experience of Business Optimization/Transformation, Transaction Advisory/Due Diligence, Operations Finance, FP&A.

Key responsibilities and oversight:
• Support the preparation of the annual budget
• Build productive relationships with key business leaders
• Provide full P&L variance analysis including explanation/commentary
• Develop business cases to evaluate major initiatives
• Support monthly and quarterly forecast process
• Participate in and contribute to ongoing process improvement and special projects

The successful candidate will possess the following:
• Chartered Professional Accountant designation (CPA-CA or CPA)
• 3+ years of progressive experience including some prior FP&A experience
• The ability to interpret financial data and make meaningful value add recommendations
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to use data analytics tools
