We are recruiting on behalf of a one of the “GTA’s Top Employers” offering a unique opportunity for a recently qualified CPA to join this high-quality organization focused on operational and corporate FP&A activities.

Key responsibilities and oversight:
• Preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts along with monthly P&L reporting
• Perform business case analysis and ad hoc financial analysis for assigned business segment
• Create management reporting on operational results and cash flow drivers to Executives
• Collaborate with internal teams in financial reporting, corporate accounting, and operations
• Prepare variance analysis for actual vs. plan incorporating analysis on trends and key metrics
• Provide recommendations to business partners supported by value-added financial analysis
• Forecast results with a detailed understanding of cost drivers to provide accurate predictive value
• Identify process improvement and finance optimization opportunities to streamline

The successful candidate will possess the following:
• Chartered Professional Accountant designation (CPA-CA or CPA)
• 3-5 years of progressive experience from a large accounting firm
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong financial analysis and Excel proficiency
