"I felt that I was being provided roles which were consistent with what I communicated to CAC that I was interested in. Though I had limited experiences with other firms, I often felt bombarded with a myriad of roles which were not necessarily what I was interested in. Thus far RSA appears to be a good fit for me. I understood that it would be challenging to find a non-financial reporting role immediately upon leaving the big 4. However, based on my job responsibilities, I will also get the opportunity to be involved in financial planning as well as various ad hoc projects as they arise."
