"My experience with CAC was different compared to other recruitment firms due to the high level of professionalism that was demonstrated throughout the entire process. During my first meeting with CAC, I was happy to see that they was focused on identifying what I wanted out of the job search (e.g. industry, hybrid vs. remote work, pay ranges, etc.) and then proceeded by providing opportunities they thought would be a good fit for me, based on this discussion. Additionally, I appreciated that resources were provided prior to the interview (e.g. sample interview questions, company background, etc.). These documents were very helpful and gave me a boost of confidence before going into interviews during the recruitment process. Overall, I believe the professionalism, structure, and resources at the firm make CAC stand out compared to other recruiters I have worked with during my most recent career search. So far, my experience in my new role has been incredible. I enjoy working with my new team and the role is everything I hoped it would be. It has been challenging, exciting and different each day, and given me exposure to a variety of issues within the industry. I have had the opportunity to work with senior level executives and work alongside many individuals who have a similar background (Big 4), which has also been inspiring and extremely motivating. "
