Other firms I have spoken to were checking in with me constantly even though I was very direct in not wanting to explore any opportunities. I did not feel like I was being pressured into any roles. Although Lauren thought I would be a good fit for some roles, she understood that I was not interested, and did not try to push it any further. Other firms I have worked with have pushed me along into an interview process when I was clearly not interested. Adele and Lauren’s conversations with me were very professional, actually felt like they were trying to understand my perspective and did not make me feel uncomfortable at all. With other firms, I felt like they were trying to assume what I wanted from my career, and were categorizing me without taking the time to actually listen to what I was saying. Lauren was my main contact, and my overall impression of her is very positive. She definitely asked a lot of questions which made me think, as well makes it appear that CAC/Lauren really do want to place candidates in a role they would be suited for. She caught up with me when I told her I would be ready. Which was perfect timing and also did not feel like I was being pressured in any way. Adele was very patient and gave me my space when I was thinking about the decision. Unlike other firms, where I was constantly being messaged and reached out to when I have said I needed to think. I am very excited for the role in consolidations. I wanted something where I would be challenged, and this role is going to be exactly that as opposed to other senior analyst positions. The company itself appears to have a great culture of high performing individuals and potential for growth, which are key factors I was looking for. "
