"During the introduction call, CAC asked a few more specific questions than the other recruitment firms such as whether we had experience with x accounting standards (i.e. business combinations). This made it apparent that CAC focused on ensuring the roles presented to their candidates are tailored towards their experiences. CAC did a good job in preparing me for the interview with the CAC interview materials and the Wittington interview questions that were asked to previous candidates in the past. I felt more than prepared going into the interview which allowed me to be confident throughout the interview. Furthermore, CAC was more proactive and personal compared to other recruitment firms. Some of the other firms felt more transactional, while the CAC recruiters felt more welcoming and felt as though they truly wanted the best for their candidates.
