"CAC did tailor my preferences based on location, job type, etc whereas other firms didn’t. I truly felt supported with regular check-ins and CAC made sure to continually check on whether there were changes in preferences. Prep-materials were provided and more robust than other firms. I didn’t feel pressured at all to take an offer and was given a grace period to negotiate terms, whereas with other firms I felt very pressured and misled. Resume review and template provided was very helpful which was not offered at other firms. Lauren was so great to work with and I felt like she truly took a lot of time and effort to listen to my preferences and really place me in a role that I am excited for and was looking for. The regular check-ins were very helpful and gave me confidence going into various interviews. The process felt very stream-lined and easy because of her help. I have not started the role as of yet, however I am happy with the role and it is a role that I was looking for."
