"I was more than satisfied with my experience working with Sam at CAC. I felt my needs/interests were taken into consideration every single time when determining whether a potential opportunity would be a good fit. Some things I appreciated from CAC compared to other recruitment firms:-offering resume suggestions/ templates, while also allowing me to keep any existing formatting that I was more comfortable with (i.e., some firms require you to fully update resume to align with their format in order for them to represent you - I found this a bit challenging to adapt to). I’m super grateful for this new opportunity! I noted that the job was not posted publicly (from what I could see - not on LinkedIn for example); so I felt like that meant the hiring company had trust in CAC - which in turn meant CAC felt strongly about me.
