They are seeking a dynamic, progressive Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) who thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting both new and ongoing initiatives within a diversified role.

Key responsibilities and oversight:

• Support financial reporting and analysis for the company's operations, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
• Prepare management reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights that support business growth initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data, supporting external and internal audits.
• Lead ad hoc financial projects as required, demonstrating analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Assist in implementing continuous process improvements within financial reporting and planning functions.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• CPA designation with experience supporting IFRS reporting requirements.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, planning, and analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and related financial analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, with an ownership mindset and a clear drive to grow and learn.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment supporting multiple initiatives.
• Experience with management reporting and corporate accounting is preferred
