We are recruiting on behalf of a Top Employer located in Toronto’s downtown core, currently seeking a progressive CPA with extensive FP&A experience to support the achievement of their strategic goals. Key responsibilities and oversight:
• Build a high-performing team to drive operational efficiency and long-term success
• Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring, fostering a continuous improvement culture
• Lead and oversee annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and long-range strategic planning
• Business partnering with stakeholders to provide guidance on strategic decision making
• Presentation of consolidated financial results, forecasts, key drivers and risks to senior executives
• Monitor and report on year-over-year trends, strategic targets, and key performance indicators
• Create management reporting on operational results and cash flow drivers to Executives
• Consolidation and analysis of monthly operating and financial results at the group level
• Collaborate with internal teams in financial reporting, corporate accounting, and operations
• Forecast results with a detailed understanding of cost drivers to provide accurate predictive value
• Identify process improvement and optimization opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency

The successful candidate will possess the following:
• Chartered Professional Accountant designation (CPA)
• 8-10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A functions
• 4+ years of leadership and team building experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency
