Key Responsibilities and Oversight:
• Lead the external financial reporting, MD&A, board reporting, accounting operations, compliance, controls, consolidations, oversight, and review.
• Manage and develop a team including coaching, mentoring, and promoting continuous improvement.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, global analysis, and cost management, providing strategic insights for executive leadership.
• Support M&A initiatives, capital projects, and strategic growth efforts aligned with company objectives.
• Systems and process oversight including lead finance upgrades and improvements
• Collaborate with global operations teams, providing accurate reporting and insights into performance metrics.
• Ensure internal controls and financial processes are robust, efficient, and continuously improved.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies ensuring compliance and transparency.
The Company is offering a strong compensation package including an attractive base salary, and annual performance bonus. Full remuneration details will be disclosed to all candidates under consideration.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
• CPA designation with 10+ years of progressive experience in public company reporting and IFRS.
• Proven leadership experience managing finance teams within a manufacturing or industrial environment with key competencies in financial integrity and governance mindset.
• Strong technical knowledge combined with ERP Experience, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and foster collaboration across functions.
• Flexibility with work arrangements, including mandated in-office days and remote work.
