Opportunity Details
You will work closely with corporate finance and business operations teams, supporting acquisition integration, accounting, and reporting activities including budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.

Key responsibilities and oversight:
• Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of CPAs in a collaborative environment
• Identify, research, and resolve accounting errors and discrepancies
• Review and approve all balance sheet reconciliations
• Oversee accounting operations, including month-end and year-end close processes, regulatory reporting, and various internal/external reporting requirements
• Prepare monthly and quarterly journal entries; support the close process and financial statement preparation
• Lead multiple projects and set priorities as the business continues to evolve
• Systems integration and of acquisitions in streamlining reporting, process, controls and best practices
The employer offers a lucrative total compensation package, including an attractive base salary, bonus, RSP, four weeks’ vacation, three personal days, and comprehensive benefits. Full details will be shared with candidates selected for consideration.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
• Chartered Professional Accountant designation (CPA)
• Min 5 + years in a leadership role, including direct supervision of a team
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools working large data sets
• Progressive experience in establishing process, controls, and strong audit practices
• Strong project management skills with proven problem solving and influencing abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confident interpersonal presence
• Experience presenting to executive leadership and operational stakeholders
• A curious mindset regarding evolving legal and reporting requirements
