We are seeking a progressive Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) who thrives in an environment supporting new and ongoing initiatives in a diversified role within the mining sector. The ideal candidate is experienced in FP&A, with operational experience, and possesses strong relationship-building skills.

Key responsibilities and oversight:

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis across multiple mining sites
• Collaborate with operational teams to understand drivers, develop KPIs, and challenge assumptions
• Own and embed financial systems across operational locations
• Develop and enhance reporting frameworks, processes, and operational metrics
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with corporate growth strategies
• Provide strategic insights to support operational decision-making
• Build strong business relationships with site management and internal stakeholders

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• CPA designation (public or industry)
• Ideally 5 years+ experience in FP&A and currently in a leadership role
• Proven ability to work closely with operational teams and understand operational drivers
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, multi-site consolidation, and KPI development
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel functions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; relationship builder
• Ability to travel for site visits
