We're partnering with a rapidly growing, acquisitive software company headquartered in Markham that's reshaping its industry. With ambitious growth plans and an entrepreneurial culture, they’re looking for a CPA-designated Manager to take ownership of finance operations across several business units and help steer the company’s next phase of expansion.

What you'll do:
- Lead finance operations across multiple business units
- Support post-acquisition integration of newly acquired entities
- Oversee month-end close and financial reporting
- Deliver product-level performance and profitability insights
- Manage FP&A activities and strategic financial analysis
- Coach and develop a high-performing finance team
- Drive ad hoc initiatives directly supporting the Director of Finance
What you bring:
- CPA designation, ideally from a Big 4 or national firm
- A minimum of 4 years’ post-graduation experience, currently at Manager level promoted 2024
- Strong command of IFRS; revenue recognition experience is a plus
- Confident communicator, process improver, and natural business partner
- Curious, entrepreneurial mindset and a sharp eye for growth opportunities
