We are recruiting on behalf of a high‑growth software company located in Markham (1 day per week in office) currently seeking a newly qualified Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA‑CA or CPA).

Key responsibilities and oversight:

• Provide post‑acquisition support to the business during financial integration
• Conduct financial analysis of product lines and maintain detailed profitability analysis
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and note disclosures
• Develop presentations and commentary to showcase financial performance for senior management
• Prepare and review monthly account reconciliations
• Interpret IFRS 15 on new customer contracts to ensure accurate revenue recognition
• Participate in special projects and ad hoc assignments as required

The company is offering a lucrative compensation package for this level including an attractive base salary, annual bonus plus other benefits. Full remuneration details will be disclosed to all candidates under consideration.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• Chartered Professional Accountant designation (CPA‑CA or CPA)
• Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience, ideally with Big 4 audit of public clients
• Strong technical accounting knowledge with excellent grasp of IFRS, including IFRS 15
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent administrative and organizational capabilities with strong time‑management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact across all levels
• Collaborative mindset with experience working cross‑functionally
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
