The Company is seeking a recently designated CPA (or near completion) for a newly created Senior Financial Analyst role working mainly on a remote basis, but available to work in Toronto occasionally as needed. This role is primarily focused on consolidating IFRS-compliant financial data at the corporate level, supporting upcoming ERP implementation, and delivering detailed financial analyses to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities and oversight:
• Lead consolidation of IFRS financial statements, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, variance analysis, and management presentations.
• Assist in the development and improvement of internal accounting processes and controls.
• Support the implementation and integration of the OneStream ERP system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data.
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of IFRS standards and implications.
• Support external audits and ensure timely completion of audit procedures.

The company is offering a strong compensation package including an attractive base salary and annual performance bonus. Full remuneration details will be disclosed to all candidates under consideration.

The successful candidate will possess the following:
• Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation (or near completion).
• 2-3 years of external audit experience in a large public accounting firm.
• Solid technical accounting knowledge, specifically IFRS standards.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a primarily remote environment.
