This newly created Controller role offers an excellent opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing finance team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, ideally with public company experience, and demonstrate exceptional communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of IFRS, US GAAP, revenue recognition, and strategic integration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities and Oversight:

• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team across financial reporting, management reporting, and accounting functions.
• Oversee financial statement preparation and ensure timely, compliant reporting.
  Manage corporate accounting operations, including internal controls, risk management, and compliance.
• Support strategic initiatives, including M&A activities and integration.
• Ensure adherence to IFRS, US GAAP, and revenue recognition policies.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies through standardization initiatives.
• Lead system implementation projects to enhance financial infrastructure and reporting capabilities.
• Support external audits and internal control frameworks.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• CPA designation, with public accounting pathway preferred.
• Extensive experience in financial reporting, management reporting, and corporate accounting.

• Strong technical expertise in IFRS, US GAAP, and revenue recognition.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
