Key responsibilities and oversight:
• Provide financial analysis and support for strategic planning processes within the FP&A function.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Manage and analyze large data sets using Excel, Power BI, and Power Query to create dashboards, generate insights, and identify trends.
• Support the preparation of reports for internal management, including variance analysis, financial summaries, and operational metrics.
• Collaborate closely with Managers supporting Corporate Costs and Managed Services to ensure financial accuracy and alignment.
• Assist with ad hoc projects or initiatives driven by growth and organizational needs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes and financial tools.

The successful candidate will possess the following:
• CPA designation with experience in planning, analysis, and financial modelling.
• Proven experience managing large datasets, ideally with Power BI, Excel, Power Query, or similar tools.
• Strong communication skills supporting finance teams, operational staff, or external stakeholders—experience in compiling, analyzing, and presenting data.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight, and in a team setting.
• High degree of professionalism, attitude, and adaptability to a changing environment.
• Previous exposure to or preference for working within a public company environment.
