Key responsibilities and oversight:
• Lead the development and ongoing refinement of financial models and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, including the division’s multi-year strategy.
• Drive process improvements and automation to enhance financial analytics and controls.
• Analyze and report financial results and insights to senior leadership.
• Advise senior management on strategic initiatives to optimize revenue, profitability, and cash flow.
• Evaluate new business opportunities such as partnerships, alliances, and acquisitions.
• Collaborate with management and marketing teams to support brand strategies and financial planning.
• Prepare executive presentations for the board of directors and senior management.

The successful candidate will possess the following:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance or related area. MBA/CPA preferred.
• 12+ years previous experience in finance roles. 7+ years of management experience.
• Previous experience in CPG, Retail or Foodservice companies operating in North America, with a focus on Pricing and Trade Management
• Advanced Excel proficiency including financial modelling skills
• Strong interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills
• Well-developed leadership skills including development of finance staff
