Key responsibilities and oversight:
• Lead and coordinate strategic financial management and operations of a business unit
• Support financial planning and analysis activities to drive strategic decision making
• Contribute to M&A activities, including due diligence and integration activities
• Collaborate cross functionally with operations teams to ensure accuracy of financial results
• Oversee acquisition accounting and purchase price allocations (PPA) for strategic growth transactions
• Assist in developing financial reporting processes and analysis for senior management
• Coach, mentor and develop team members through regular feedback and reviews
• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives

The Company is offering a strong compensation package including an attractive base salary and annual performance bonus. Full remuneration details to be disclosed to all candidates under consideration.

The successful candidate will possess the following:
• CPA designation with a public accounting background, preferably in external audit
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, including revenue recognition and acquisition accounting/PPA
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly
• Ability to operate confidently in a collaborative environment with minimal direct supervision
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving business needs
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model, with 1 day in-office every two weeks and flexibility as required
