Key responsibilities & oversight:
- Manage end-to-end FP&A and reporting functions across diverse portfolios.
- Lead and supervise offshore finance analysts, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Support system integrations and contribute to ongoing system upgrades, including MS Dynamics F&O.
- Conduct contract review and testing for revenue recognition (IFRS 15).
- Partner with local management teams to streamline financial processes and reporting.
- Contribute to financial planning, analysis, and strategic initiatives supporting growth.
- Support and implement new acquisition integrations and related technical processes.
The Company is offering a strong compensation package including an attractive base salary, and annual performance bonus. Full remuneration details to be disclosed to all candidates under consideration.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- CPA designation with public accounting or equivalent experience industry experience.
- Proven expertise in IFRS revenue recognition, including contract review and testing.
- Experience with financial systems implementation or system integration.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, especially in remote or hybrid settings.
- Strong technical aptitude combined with proactive communication skills.
- Past exposure to public company reporting environments.
- A team-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute to a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
