CAC is exclusively recruiting on behalf of a Top Employer located downtown Toronto, currently seeking a progressive Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) to join their corporate team supporting management reporting, analysis, and measuring the performance of key metrics across the organization to provide value-added financial insights and support business decisions by senior management.

Key responsibilities and oversight:
• Support business planning cycle using advanced and innovative visuals for executive audiences
• Develop and maintain revenue forecast models and measure key performance indicators
• Lead the finance function to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial and operating results including assets, sales, performance, and P&L insights
• Design new management reporting and analytics using dashboards with best-in-class practices
• Managing and supporting a high performing team of CPAs in a collaborative environment
• Building and enhancing complex analysis and reporting to support evolving business needs
• Conduct complex financial and economic analysis for business opportunities and industry trends
• Continuously improve the accuracy, quality and delivery of assigned internal financial reporting
• Presentation and communication of financial results and scorecards to senior executives

The employer is offering a lucrative compensation package consisting of an attractive base salary and significant performance bonus component, along with a non-contributory RSP program and other monetary benefits. Full remuneration details will be disclosed to all candidates under consideration.

The successful candidate will possess the following:
• Chartered Professional Accountant designation (CPA)
• 2+ years of leading teams including coaching, mentoring, and development of CPAs
• Progressive experience at a corporate level in Financial Planning & Analysis or Business Analytics
• Strong project management skills, problem solving abilities, and proven influencing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with strong interpersonal skills
• Experience presenting to executive leadership and other stakeholders in business operations
