What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Prepare consolidated financial statements and external filings under IFRS
• Lead or support technical accounting research and complex calculations (e.g., capitalized interest, derivatives)
• Liaise with auditors and contribute to quarterly and year-end close processes
• Assist in preparing disclosures including MD&A, AIF, and other corporate reporting
• Monitor new accounting standards and support continuous process improvements
• Contribute to internal control documentation (SOX) and cross-functional finance projects
• Participate in ad hoc projects and advisory initiatives within Finance

What You Need to Succeed:

• CPA designation (or near completion)
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in financial reporting or audit, ideally with public company exposure
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS
• Solid Excel skills; familiarity with ERP and consolidation tools is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and adaptable with the ability to manage competing deadlines
• Experience of mining, natural resources, or other capital-intensive sectors is an asset
