We are recruiting on behalf of a $1B+ private company with global operations and plans for significant expansion. They are seeking a progressive Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with public accounting and IFRS experience from auditing large clients to join their growing finance team.

Key responsibilities and oversight:
• Develop and produce management reporting packages for various stakeholders
• Involvement with financial projects and initiatives including process improvement
• Collaborate with executives to generate key performance indicators and related analysis
• Responsible for quarterly & annual consolidated financial statements, notes and MD&A
• Develop and present recommendations to operating sites on compliance with internal controls
• Manage requests from senior business leaders regarding financial issues and results
• Assist in the creation of Business Intelligence models using data automation tools
• Work with large sets of data identify issues and ensure integrity
• Assist in the working capital management review

The successful candidate will possess the following:
• Chartered Professional Accountant designation (CPA)
• 3+ years of progressive experience in a large public accounting firm
• Attention to detail, high sense of urgency and strong problem-solving skills
• Adaptable and thrives is a dynamic and fast-paced environment/industry
• Proven ability to plan, organize and prioritize to meet deadlines
• Positive attitude towards collaboration and teamwork
• Experience auditing large companies under IFRS
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
