Key responsibilities and oversight:
• Preparation of complex financial and operating results reporting under IFRS and US GAAP
• Develop robust processes & controls, best practices and continuous improvement.
• Maintain memo and working papers of financial statements and MD&A
• Assist with preparation and presentation of various reporting documents for key executives.
• Financial reporting, close process supporting a team in a diversified role including, tax, treasury, controls, and planning.
• Monthly management reports and analysis for budgeting and G&A
• Liaison with external auditors and services providers as well as internal colleagues.
• Various hands-on projects to support a cohesive team environment.

The successful candidate will possess the following:
• Chartered Professional Accountant designation (CPA)
• 7+ years of progressive experience (public accounting qualified) with 2-3 years at Manager level
• Team player and hands on contributor in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills working directly with executive leadership.
• Strong technical experience with public company reporting under IFRS and USGAAP (preferred)
• High commitment level, work ethic, flexibility, and attention to detail
