We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global company, a recognized Top Employer, seeking a Senior Manager to play a pivotal role within their finance function.

This newly created role will lead global consolidation and reporting, strengthen governance, and drive process excellence. You will oversee a small team and serve as the business owner for the consolidated chart of accounts and reporting platform.

This is a high-visibility opportunity to influence reporting standards, partner with senior stakeholders across corporate and operations finance teams, and contribute to finance transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the global financial consolidation and reporting process
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and SOX requirements
• Review financial results, provide insights, and support decision-making for senior stakeholders
• Partner with operations finance, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and Corporate Finance to validate data
• Own and optimize consolidation tools and chart of accounts, driving efficiency and best practices
• Champion process improvement initiatives, automation, and reporting standardization
• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports

The employer is offering a competitive compensation package consisting of an attractive base salary and plus annual bonus, stock incentives (RSU), RRSP contribution and matching, employee purchase program and 4 weeks’ vacation and extensive benefits program. The Successful Candidate

• CPA designation required (qualified at a major public accounting firm), with 7+ years’ progressive experience in financial reporting and consolidations
• Strong IFRS knowledge including significant experience of complex, multi-currency consolidations
• Experience with consolidation tools and financial systems
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and process improvement minded
• Strong communicator with proven leadership and team development skills
